ADATA released flash drives before, so it is no wonder that it would do so again, especially if it has the chance to deliver something for all prospective customers.
ADATA just made the official introduction of the C103, the S102 Pro and the N005 Pro flash drive units.
In that order, they are intended for the low-end market, the mainstream segment and the high-end part of the consumer market.
Their main asset is, of course, the SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface standard, which is more or less mainstream itself at this point.
While USB 2.0 drives still get released from time to time, they are few and far between, since USB 3.0 is so much faster (ten times, for up to almost 5 Gbps, theoretically).
The new ADATA drives don't actually reach that much, neither when reading nor when writing. They still impress though, especially the N005.
For those who want the specifics, the C103, for the entry-level, can read as up to 90 MB/, but the write speed is limited to 10 MB/s.
Secondly, the S102 Pro operates at 100 MB/s when reading (maximum) and as much as 50 MB/s when scribing.
Finally, the N005 Pro works much faster than the others, almost twice as well as them put together in fact. With a read speed of 180 MB/s, the item can write at 90 MB/s.
The C013 is in 8 G and 16 GB capacities, while the S102 has a storage space of 8 GB, 16 GB and 32 GB.
Finally, the N005 can take things one step further, reaching even 64 GB, not just 32 GB, 16 GB and 8 GB.
Unfortunately, despite the company providing a full press release on the matter (it even includes a table of performance specs), ADATA did not say what prices either of the three series come with.
